The hike to the Browns River along the BC Hydro power line right of way off of Piercy Road is fairly short, but it does have a few steep sections near to the river.

The power line trail leads to the north bank of the river, downstream and to the east of Browns River Falls. When the water level is low you can easily hike along the river bed upstream to the falls, or downstream to the confluence of the Puntledge – you’ll want to carry footwear suitable for wading through water for some sections.
If you watch for it there is also a side trail that leads to Browns River Falls – it’s to the right, about 150 metres from the parking lot on Piercy Road.
