A spring evening – Air Force Beach

I was out shooting some stills of the fantastic evening clouds over Georgia Strait and the mountains, when this USAF Lockheed P-3 Orion started doing circuits.

The spring has not had great weather this year – lots of rain, cool temperatures, and strong winds. That’s great weather for stormy day shots and it pretty much ensures that you will have the beach to yourself, but not so great for a view across Georgia Strait so I jumped at the chance to get out to Air Force Beach…
