Victoria has some interesting weather patterns, which can best be summed up as “if you don’t like the weather, wait five minutes…”

It’s much the same for the view of the inner harbour and the waters off Dallas Road where the mix of air planes, helicopters, whale watching boats, tugs, pleasure craft and fishing boats is constantly changing.
