Auxiliary Fleet Vessel YFB 318 in Swartz Bay

Built in 1955 at Mercer’s Ltd., New Westminster (Star Shipyard), YFB 318 was used to perform ferry duties as a “Blue Boat” in Esquimalt Harbour until she was removed from service in in 2013.

She was sold at auction in Mar 2014 to private interests.
