Vanishing Vancouver Island – Seaspan Nanaimo
When Seaspan Ferries moved out of their Wellcox Rail Yard location in May 2017, operations at the ferry dock and the rail and vehicle loading ramp ceased. It’s the end of major cargo traffic in Nanaimo.
