The Comox Estuary and the walk way trails around the Courtenay Air Park provide hours of bird watching, and the occasional air plane and float planes landing right next to you.
This was a fairly windy winter day in late February – lots of ducks and just enough wind to make me wish I had put a wind screen on the microphone and used a heavier tripod.
Such is life, and I had actually not planned to shoot video but it was such a nice day…
