Was captain on the lady Joan 3 for a couple of summers at crab on the 200 mile line on the Grand Banks and at shrimp in the Labrador Sea , felt a little small among the Russians factory freezers 200 mile out in in the Flemish pass but we held our spot in line just like we were the biggest ship on the ocean and we filled her to the hatch every trip and had no trouble..many times I saw those arms buried to the blocks crossing the gulf heading back to Newfoundland and every mat would be in a single stack on the port side ???
A wicked sea boat even though she may seem she was crossed with a submarine somewhere along the line
If I ever had the opportunity , now I have my own license, I would buy her in a heartbeat
