Now and then I go beyond a purely photojournalistic style and head into the realm of artistic photography. At one time I eschewed post processing of images as it could be used to alter the truth of an image, and stuck to a mantra of doing it right the first time. I largely still do, but have learned that a bit of selective processing sometimes helps tell the real story.
