I had previously visited Perrey’s Beach at high tide and decided to return for a look during a low tide – it was well worth it. Lot’s of tide pools, a vast expanse of sand, and some interesting sections of cobble to explore. The shore line is shaded by trees from late afternoon on, making this a great place to escape the heat.
The only draw back to this beach is a lack of toilet facilities – so go before you go unless you don’t mind roughing it…
