A bit of time well spent, enjoying a spring low tide on the beach at Royston.

There’s a lot of history in this area, mostly involving coal, logging and fisheries – while some of what we have done in the past totally ignored the environmental impact, it is the history of Vancouver Island and there is much to be learned from it.
