Rosewell Creek – the bridge
Low August water flows provided an opportunity to take a look under the bridge leading to the Roswell Creek hatchery. Despite looking totally dry, there was water flowing about 100 metres upstream of the bridge.

Pedder Bay
Helgesen Point on Pedder Bay,near Rocky Point – sort of stuck between Metchosin and Sooke, and between the prison at William Head and the Navy ammunition depot at Rocky Point. Pretty much the southernmost point of British Columbia.
