The view from Mt Maxwell Provincial Park
It was a cloudy day when I visited Mt Maxwell Provincial Park, the sort of day that is usually, but not always, good for shooting time-lapse video. This was one of those not so good days as everything was washed out due to the moisture in the air and scattered rain showers.
The views from the top are impressive, including To the southeast Sansum Narrows, Cowichan Bay, Genoa Bay and Crofton to the southeast , and Fulford Harbour and the BC Ferries transiting Swanson Channel to the southwest.
Scattered rain showers are not always my friend…
