There’s not a lot at Horton Bay, but that’s not important as this small bay on Mayne Island provides a sheltered anchorage and a government dock.

Japanese Garden at Dinner Bay Park, Mayne Island
I had a few reasons to visit the Japanese Garden – I wanted to see as much of Mayne Island as I could, it was nasty hot out and I wanted to cool off, and because a friend of mine has some ties to Mayne and this wonder tranquil spot.
