One of the churches of Nova Scotia – Young’s Cove, Hampton, Nova Scotia
This one was a mystery as there were no signs on the building, and although I had checked my usual sources, I could not find any information about the history of the building, or when the church was deconsecrated. Then I find an old real estate listing, and bingo – it was formerly the Anglican Church, St. Peter’s by the Sea, and was built around 1902.
My aunt lived down the road I use to help her clean it brings back memories
