Nanaimo from above

Looking down on Nanaimo from my lofty vantage point

Previously I had been across the harbour and up the hill above Vancouver Island University, looking down on Nanaimo from a lofty vantage point, shooting the view on a snowy day.

I found this location and shot the same area of Nanaimo on this gloomy overcast day. Both days are typical of winter weather on Vancouver Island, but I am looking forward to clear spring days and will return to this spot again.
