The old school house

history,Highway 1,Vowels Road,Cassidy,Waterloo Elementary School

I think that this building was an school house or a community centre – what I do know is that it is a wonderful building and it’s just off Vowels Road, across Highway 1 from the Nanaimo airport.

ed 1: The building was the old Waterloo School, and was replaced in the late 1970s (or mid 1970s) by a new modern Waterloo Elementary School on Timberlands Road.
