One of eleven – Jordan River

There were eleven houses in Jordan River, all located in a tsunami inundation zone, and in the middle of the flood plain if BC Hydro’s Bear Creek dam were to fail. BC Hydro offered to purchase the homes, and all but one owner sold.

This is one of the last houses standing, and the only one that is still occupied.
